I had the opportunity to spend some time with a friend that I’ve known since 7th grade . . . we go way back I guess  Crystal was visiting Tucson and we thought it would be fun to just go and get some fun portraits taken and do some catch up.  This type of work is a little bit of a departure from my style since I didn’t bring any off-camera lighting, just the pure natural light available.  Normally I’ll shoot quite a few shots with all natural lighting when I feel the portrait calls for it, but I still will bring my lighting gear along since more often than not I need a bit more control over the situation when it’s needed.  These were meant to be fun, casual, relaxed and free spirited I guess (that might have sounded corny, I know, haha!).
