Spencer - Yes, the extra $$$$ is definitely worth it. As for weight, I don’t think I ever noticed any weight difference honestly. I don’t notice the weight really, I don’t consider it much when buying any sort of lenses.

Just wondering if about canon lenses. I’m thinking about buying 70-200mm 2.8 L. Is the “IS” version worth the extra $$$?

I’ve read its heavier than the non IS, how do you feel about the extra weight for hand holding on your shoots?

(I’m not a professional, just 2 years into my addiction)
